Fear isn't an emotion to get rid of
Fear isn't an emotion to get rid of.
It's a signal pointing to territory I haven't explored yet.
The helplessness you feel in the fog
clears naturally when light comes on.
The more knowledge I build up,
the more I start to see
"what I didn't know"
"what I might miss."
From that moment on,
vague fear transforms into concrete tasks.
I know what else I need to learn.
I see what needs preparing.
What to execute first becomes clear.
And
the moment I turn what I've learned into action,
that helplessness and fear
convert into confidence and momentum.
